Final deadline for parties wishing to receive Turkish Airlines 25% airfare discount, notify Chair of Scientific Committee by: Sunday, Aug 8th.

Final material from conference presenters to Chair of Scientific Committee for inclusion in the programme: Tuesday, Aug 10th.

Ultimate deadline for material/powerpoint slides/handouts/notes, which speakers wish to make available via conference outlets/website resources (NOT the conf. package on USB/thumb drives per above posed deadline): Sunday, Aug 29th.
